Cooking Classes

In the spirit of knowledge sharing ), cooking classes are made available in Boisrouge subject to sufficient demand. The subjects of the courses will be varied, from wine and food pairings, to French cuisine revisited with spices, to Japanese tendencies and Burgundy traditions, to promotion of local products, and without forgetting some culinary secrets that the chef keeps up his sleeve. Additional information will be provided here at a later date..
